Planroom Welcome to our online planroom. You will need to register with Akers Construction Services, Inc in order to view and download bidding documents. You may contact us via email, phone, fax, or the contact us form on this site. Once registered, you will receive an email containing  a login and temporary password which you will need to change upon your first visit. Once logged in, you may browse the list of projects on the following page. Clicking on a project folder will present you with a list of bidding documents for download. You may download documents individually by clicking the name of the document, or choose multiple documents for download by ticking the checkbox next to each item you need and then selecting download from the menu bar. You may also search for downloadable documents by using the search bar at the top of the screen. By default, all users will only be given permission to download files.
