The 7 acre site was Master Planned for full future capacity,
and to set the optimum location for the
Phase 1 - Genesis 9700 to allow for future expansion/additions.
In this case, the church elected to have Akers CS finish the entire facility except for church members completing the exterior siding, roofing along with interior paint and installing ceiling tile.
