The 20 acre site was Master Planned for full future capacity,
and to set the optimum location for the
Phase 1 - Genesis 9700 to allow for future expansion/additions.
In this case, the church elected to have Akers CS build
the "shell" with members of the church doing
all the heating, plumbing, electrical, and all the inside
finishes.
